Most famous for their hit 'Couldn't Get it Right',
John joined this, then ailing, UK blues band just
slightly after Tzuke-cohort, Jeff Rich who would remain almost permanently in the UK's tightest rhythm
section with John until his departure from Status Quo in early 2000.
The band played the infamous Marquee club in 1984 which was filmed live in London and later released on video and aired on British television. Climax later toured Bermuda with John and it was this which led to the recreation of Rhino!, although not the original lineup. | |||
