Ferrer died in 1998 and one of the requests in his will was that his last project be finished, a CD and book of his songs, pictures and writings about animals, entitled L'Arche de Nino [Nino's Arc], co-written with Fred Bernard. This is just one example of his entertaining history, full of seventies success and a song whose title roughly translates as 'My Horse is a Motorbike'.
